We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Porashona account, you can do so by following the steps below.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please include the phone number associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
Delete from the App
You can also delete your account directly from the Porashona app. Go to your Profile, scroll down, and tap "Delete Account". You will be asked to confirm before your account is deleted.
What Data Gets Deleted
- All personal information (name, phone number, email)
- Quiz history and scores
- Session data and progress
- Contact and invite data
- AI tutor conversation history
What Gets Retained
Anonymized, aggregate analytics data may be retained for product improvement. This data contains no personal information and cannot be linked back to your account.
Timeline
Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
